That's a dynamic page - it queries the database for add-on em:ids that match
something a bildua dictionaries.addons.mozilla.org (which is what is generated by
bsmedberg's page.) Unfortunately this isn't yet documented anywhere.

In fact, your dictionary is already showing up there ;)
